General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and deal with the operation of the shop, the rights of the shop user and the business relationship between the provider (Gemcom Čepon k.d.) and the buyer (you). The store is managed by Gemcom Čepon k.d.

All prices are in euros and include value added tax. The provider reserves the right to change prices daily.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the provider (the buyer receives an email about the current status of the order: In process). From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the supplier and the buyer.

Purchase procedure

You will be notified by email that your registration and order for your first purchase have been successful. We will also keep you informed by email of any further steps until the order has been dispatched.

  1. Order accepted: after placing the order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted and a summary of the order is sent to the customer. At this step, the customer has the option to cancel the order within one hour.
  2. Order in processing: if the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes to further processing, when the provider reviews the order, checks the deliverability of the ordered items and confirms or rejects the order with a reason. The Supplier may call the Buyer’s contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the supplier is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
  3. Goods dispatched: the Supplier prepares and dispatches the goods within the agreed time limit and notifies the Buyer by email.

Right of withdrawal, return of goods

The buyer has the right to notify the provider within 14 days to return the purchased goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). The goods must be returned within a further 30 days of notification of return.

The withdrawal option is intended to allow you to open the item, inspect it and, if it does not suit you or your expectations were wrong, to withdraw from the purchase. These recommendations do not apply if the item is faulty or not working when you buy it, in which case you must return it.

Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and unchanged in quantity, otherwise no refund will be given!!!

Items are guaranteed if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and the presentation of the invoice.Information on the warranty is also given on the product presentation page. If there is no warranty information, the item has no warranty or the information is not known at the moment. In the latter case, the buyer can contact the supplier, who will provide up-to-date information.

The tenderer will deliver the goods or services within the agreed timeframe. The contractual partner for the delivery of the parcels is Pošta Slovenije, but the tenderer reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will enable the order to be fulfilled more efficiently.

Textile products in the “CLOTHING” category are shipped from Latvia, via Printful. Delivery of such products can take 5-20 days from the day the order is completed and processing has started at the supplier. The order is completed when the payment amount is settled.

Protection of personal data

The Provider undertakes to keep all personal data of the User secure at all times.
The Provider will use the personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, quotations, invoices) and other necessary communication.
Under no circumstances will user data be passed on to unauthorised persons.
It is the user’s responsibility to protect the security of their personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password.

The Provider will contact the User by means of distance communication only if the User does not expressly object.

The promotional emails will be clearly and unambiguously identified as promotional emails, the sender will be clearly identified, the various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be identified as such, the conditions for participation in them will be clearly set out, and the method of opting out of receiving promotional emails will be clearly set out.


The Provider shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on its website is consistent and up-to-date. However, products, stock and price can change so quickly that the supplier is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the supplier will inform the buyer of any changes, and will try to agree with the buyer on a solution that satisfies both the buyer and the supplier.

In most cases, product photographs are actual images of a particular product model, but all photographs should be taken as symbolic as they do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.


Complaints not related to the right of withdrawal or complaints can be sent by email to The Tenderer must confirm within five working days that it has accepted the complaint or. receive the complaint and tell the user how long it will take to process it, keeping them informed of the progress of the case. The Provider will use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably. If you have encountered a problem with your purchase, you can try an out-of-court settlement here. The Provider does not recognise any provider for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.

We are aware of the sensitivity of your personal data, which is why we take special care of it.

We are committed to protecting all personal data and respecting privacy in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR is a new set of EU rules governing the privacy and security of personal data, replacing Directive 95/46/EC on data protection.

All data obtained through the online shop will be used exclusively for the operation of the online shop and for sending information material, offers, invoices and other necessary communications.

Under no circumstances will the Shop Manager pass on user data to unauthorised persons. We will only share the user’s delivery address, email address and telephone number with the delivery service (e.g. Post Slovenije), and the information will be used solely to ensure a more reliable delivery. We will only contact the user by means of distance communication if the user does not expressly object to this.

It is the user’s responsibility to protect the security of their personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password.

Consignment Regulations

Our company is contracted to deliver the parcels by Posta Slovenije (we reserve the right to choose another delivery service if this will help us complete the order more efficiently). Your order will be at your home tomorrow!

Delivery costs

The packing and delivery costs are the same for all locations in Slovenia and amount to € 5 (incl. VAT), and postage is free for orders over € 400.

The cost of packaging and delivery of textile products or orders including textile products depends on the number of products and is charged at a fixed amount of €4 (excluding VAT) + a variable amount of €1/product (excluding VAT).

Delivery time


The delivery time provided by Post Slovenije is 1-3 working days. In 99% of cases, the parcel is with you the next working day from the date of dispatch. Post Slovenije is responsible for any delays due to unforeseen transport or logistical problems.

If the item is not in stock in our warehouse, you may have to wait a little longer for delivery. In this case, please note the following rules:

  • the delivery time is displayed next to the item (this is the average time it takes the importer to deliver the goods to us);
  • if an item says it is undeliverable, it means we have no idea how quickly we can deliver it;
  • if you do order such an item, we will try to find it and deliver it, but if we are unsuccessful, we will cancel the order;
  • if you order more items and the waiting time for some items is longer than for others, we will try to send the items that are in stock immediately and the others when they are in stock, in which case we will only charge the first shipment for any delivery charges and we will be responsible for the delivery charges for subsequent shipments;
  • if the waiting time is very long, we will keep you up-to-date by email on the expected delivery;
  • if at any time in the meantime you get tired of waiting, you can let us know and we will remove the item from the order and deliver the other items or cancel the order.

Items will be delivered to your address within 5 working days. Otherwise, you will be informed in advance.


The delivery time for textile products shipped from Latvia via Printful depends on the address and the type of delivery, and varies between 5-20 working days from the completion of the order.

Importance of the warning

If you want to receive your order as soon as possible, we advise you to follow the following tips:

  • provide delivery details where someone is always available to collect the parcel,
  • if you are not at home, you can pick up your parcel at the nearest Post Slovenije office,
  • prepare the exact amount to be paid for the ransom, as the courier only accepts exact amounts.

Refund policy

Return of products

Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you can return goods purchased under a distance contract (including online purchases) without a reason.

You only need to notify us (by email to of your withdrawal from the contract within 14 days, and you can return the goods to us within a further 30 days.

Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and unchanged in quantity, otherwise no refund will be given!!!
We will credit the purchase price to your TRR within 14 days after the return of the product. The only cost borne by the consumer in the event of withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return of damaged shipments

If the parcel is physically damaged, missing contents or shows signs of opening, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with Post Slovenije or another delivery service that delivered the parcel. To do this, take the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as when you received it (without adding or removing anything) and fill in the claim form. Together with Post Slovenije, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible. For products delivered via other delivery services (textile products from Prinful, shipped from Latvia), you have to enclose the return information in the parcel and send it to the address indicated.


The manufacturer is obliged by law to provide the buyer with a guarantee that the goods purchased will work perfectly. The warranty can be claimed directly from the manufacturer or its authorised repairer. The warranty can be claimed by the buyer with the warranty card and the seller’s invoice.

The manufacturer is obliged to carry out the warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, failing which the goods will be replaced by another equivalent and faultless product.

The Buyer can also claim the warranty from the Seller, but the previous paragraph applies in this case.

The return of goods under warranty is subject to the terms and conditions stated by the manufacturer on the warranty card.


Complaints are valid for 8 days from the date of purchase, subsequent complaints are not accepted. We will try to resolve any complaint in favour of the user (buyer), unless the goods have been damaged by improper use.

The buyer can make a complaint if the product does not have the characteristics that were stated or if the product does not have the characteristics that were stated. promised by the seller. A complaint also applies if the Seller has sent the wrong product, in the wrong quantity, colour or otherwise deviating from the Buyer’s order.

In the event of a complaint, the Buyer may, subject to legal restrictions, request the replacement of the item, a reduction of the purchase price in proportion to the defect in the item or a refund of the purchase price.

The buyer may return the goods at the Seller’s expense, but this must be agreed in advance via email, otherwise we do not accept shipments with redemption.


  • When returning the item to the seller (Gemcom Čepon k.d.), you must provide a copy of the invoice.
  • The address for returning the goods to the Seller is Gemcom Čepon k.d., Stara cesta 36, 1354 Horjul.
  • We recommend that you use a delivery service that can track your shipment and that you prepare your goods for transport. You can use the original packaging or. other suitable secure packaging.
  • The Sender always bears the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not accept shipments with redemption.
  • If you are claiming under warranty, the quickest way to get your goods repaired is to claim directly from the manufacturer or. its authorised repairer.
